Each pair in this highly limited run of 60 pairs of hiking boots is unique. The leather uppers were dyed, painted, or embossed by hand in BDDW’s Philadelphia studio before being sent back to FEIT for hand lasting and hand sewing. Each pair is presented in a custom wooden box made by BDDW, and are individually numbered. Please note that all FEIT for BDDW boots are one of a kind artistic pieces and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Privacy Policy

Undamaged goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery to redeem a full discount or replacement. The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to our warehouse and the replacement item shipping cost. If goods are received defective or incorrect, FEIT Direct will pay any shipping costs incurred. Refunds or credit will be processed within a week of receiving returned items. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show on your account balance.

We don’t provide international returns at this point.

Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation. Credit will be seen on your card in 48 - 72 hours time.

Products purchased online can be returned to our NY or Sydney stores for replacement or in store credit only. Refunds on online orders will not be processed in store.

Refund Policy

For U.S

Orders placed before 12:30 PM EST will ship that day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM will ship the next day. 

Ground Shipping (free for orders over AUD 362.84 AUD 14.51 for orders under AUD 362.84): Typically delivered between 5-7 business days after shipping, sometimes faster for locations on the East Coast. 

2-Day (AUD 36.28): Delivered in 2 business days from shipping. 

Overnight (AUD 58.06): Delivered the next business day after shipping, by end of day.

For International Shipments

Importation fees include all landed costs (duty and taxes, brokerage charge) that are associated with shipping our products to your international location. What you paid in checkout will be guaranteed including all transportation costs and any importation fees, such as applicable duty and tax enforced by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
